Studio Policies
Welcome to Coachella Yoga, Therapy, and Wellness!
We are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space for your yoga and wellness journey. To ensure the best experience for all our members, please review the following studio policies:

Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your class to check in, set up your mat, and settle into the space. Late arrivals may not be admitted to class to minimize disruption to other participants.

Respect
We foster a culture of respect and kindness towards all individuals within our studio community. Please be mindful of your fellow practitioners, instructors, and the space itself. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Guest Etiquette
At Coachella Yoga, we are committed to creating a space where everyone feels respected, accepted, and free to express themselves authentically. Our community is built on values of non-judgment, kindness, and mutual support.
-
Live and Let Live: Each person is on their unique journey, and it is neither our role nor anyone else's to judge their choices, appearance, or practice. Comments about others' attire, body shape, or practice are not welcome or appropriate in our space.
-
Addressing Concerns: If you have concerns or feel uncomfortable about something, please bring it to management rather than addressing it directly. Our team is here to ensure everyone enjoys a safe and positive environment aligned with the principles of non-judgment and acceptance that define yoga.
Clothing and Comfort Policy
We understand that yoga involves movement, flexibility, and, at times, a bit of trial and error with clothing choices! In our warm and welcoming studio environment, we encourage attire that is comfortable, secure, and allows for freedom of movement without unintended exposure.
While we recognize that occasional slips happen (we’ve all been there!), we kindly ask all guests to choose clothing that fully covers private areas, even during vigorous movements or in warm, humid conditions. This ensures a comfortable and distraction-free environment for everyone.
If we receive feedback or observe attire that consistently causes discomfort to others, we may gently request an adjustment. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation in helping maintain a space that feels welcoming, respectful, and comfortable for all.
Health and Safety
Your safety is our top priority. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, please inform your instructor before class begins. Listen to your body throughout the practice and modify poses as needed to suit your abilities.
Hygiene
Please maintain personal hygiene by wearing clean, comfortable yoga attire and refraining from wearing strong scents. We encourage you to bring your own mat and props, but we also provide sanitized equipment for your convenience.
Silence and Cell Phones
To create a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phones before entering the studio. Please refrain from using your devices during class to minimize distractions for yourself and others.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a class reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the class. Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of your class pass.
Class Etiquette
Please enter and exit the yoga studio quietly to minimize disruptions. During class, try to refrain from talking or unnecessary movement, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the practice.
Children and Pets
While we love children and animals, our studio space is designed for adults seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. Please make arrangements for childcare and pet care during your visit to the studio.
Community
We encourage you to connect with fellow practitioners and our instructors to build a supportive community. Feel free to share your experiences, ask questions, and offer support to others on their wellness journey.
Feedback
Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to continually improve our services. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any suggestions, concerns, or praise.

By attending classes at Coachella Yoga, Therapy, and Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these studio policies. Thank you for choosing us as your partner in health and well-being.
