Terms & Conditions

  • All class packages/membership purchases are final and We do not offer refunds.  Pricing, schedules and teachers are subject to change without notice.  Studio memberships are not transferable, sharable and can not be cancelled.  Our 10 or 20 class package may be shared by 1 member of family in same household. Unlimited packages may be used 7 days a week for all regularly scheduled classes and does not include special workshops/special events. Class Series/Unlimited membership extensions for medical reasons will be considered with receipt of Doctors note within 14 days of medical issue. Email to

  • A current credit card must be on file for each account. A late cancel fee/ no show fee of $15.00 for unlimited class package/membership holders will be charged unless classes are canceled on line within allotted time. Single class drop in purchases will be forfeited for no show/late cancellations.

  • Unpaid classes will be charged the drop -in rate of $35.00 to the credit card on file if not settled within 24 hours. No exceptions.

  • Extensions for expired class packages will be considered with a $25 charge or purchase of additional 10 (60 day expiration) or 20 class (90 day expiration) package.

  • Hot Yoga Certified Instructors (Formerly Bikram 26/2) may drop in for $15.00 rate. Please provide proof of Certification and I.D. to the front desk upon check in.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Disruptive conduct or negative/offensive language will not be tolerated towards the studio, staff or clientele.

Studio Policies

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class. Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the teacher. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be admitted to class.

  • Try to position yourself so that the people behind you can see themselves in the mirror.

  • If you feel faint, dizzy or nauseous, please remain on your mat; try not to leave the room unless you must. If you must leave, do it between postures so as not to disrupt the class. Try to drink water only during scheduled water breaks if possible.

  • Please leave shoes under the benches as you enter the studio. Never wear shoes in the yoga rooms.

  • No gum or cell phones in the yoga room.

  • Water and clear, sugar-free liquids only are allowed in the yoga room.  In the event of an accidental spill we don’t want the carpets to be soiled.

  • Avoid perfume.

  • Community areas are created for conversation, please observe silence in the yoga rooms before, during and after class.
